Wellet Corp ("Wellet", "we") collects information you provide directly, such as contact data, company information and data related to transactions processed through the platform. We also collect usage data automatically, including IP address, browser type and interaction patterns with the service.
We use collected information to: operate and improve the Wellet platform, process transactions and calculate commissions, provide customer support, communicate service updates, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with: payment processors (such as Stripe and Mercado Pago) to execute transactions, infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service, and authorities when required by law.
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous infrastructure monitoring.
We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Transaction records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.
