Wellet — Terms

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Wellet platform ("Service"), operated by Wellet Corp ("Wellet", "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Wellet is a platform that enables hospitality and tourism businesses to manage referral sales networks — including sales attribution, commission calculation and payout processing to promoters, staff and commercial partners.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Wellet immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. It is prohibited to: interfere with the operation of the Service, attempt to access other users' accounts, or use the platform for fraudulent activities.

5. Payments and commissions

Commissions are calculated according to the rules configured by the operator on the platform. Wellet processes payouts through integrated payment providers. Service fees are agreed contractually with each client.

6. Intellectual property

Wellet and its logo, design and technology are the property of Wellet Corp. Clients retain ownership of their data and content.

7. Limitation of liability

Wellet provides the Service "as is." We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 30 days' advance notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
